I build a custom proposal for employer-sponsored coaching and consulting services once we’ve met to discuss your needs. My rates vary significantly because I customize programs to address individual and organizational needs. Most employer-sponsored 1:1 coaching packages are structured as 4 - 6 month engagements priced in the range of $1500-$2000/month, with discounts available to non-profits. My group training and meeting facilitation fees also vary depending on the project scope.

For individuals paying out of pocket for 1:1 coaching, I offer these rates:

• $900 (45-minute sessions/ 4 per month, spot coaching as needed) 

• $750 (45-minute sessions/ 3 per month, spot coaching as needed)

• $550 (45-minute sessions/ 2 per month, spot coaching as needed) 

Customized 1:1 coaching : $750/month (25-minute sessions/ 4 per month, spot coaching as needed)

Group coaching package: $750/semester (one 1:1 goal-setting session + weekly Focus & Action group)

Weekly 90-minute group productivity session using the Pomodoro Technique. Meetings include two 25-minute independent working blocks. You’ll get resources and tips for productivity, community accountability, and structure for taking action on what is most important (and tempting to avoid).
