I’m an ICF certified coach & consultant

I specialize in training innovators, from corporate executives to college students, in executive function strategies.

My approach is rooted in neuroscience and positive psychology research, and I excel at empowering clients to leverage the strengths of their unique brain-wiring for personal and professional success. I especially enjoy supporting neurodiversity in the workplace and coaching clients who are unevenly talented: exceptionally capable in certain dimensions and struggling in others. Topic areas for my coaching often include time management, prioritization, delegation, communication, and other skills to improve a client's capacity for productivity and intentionality so that they can experience more joy in their life and their work.

Over the past 20 years, I've worked with purpose-driven leaders at companies including Apple, Disney, and Google, as well as social sector organizations such as Greenlight Fund, Google.org, and the Truth Initiative. I've guided two nationwide non-profits through periods of rapid growth, launched an award-winning creative agency, and taught at MIT's Sloan School of Management. I've spoken at national conferences for Fast Company, Forbes, the Learning and the Brain Society, and more.

My professional accolades include the Peter F. Drucker Award for Nonprofit Innovation, awards from AdAge and the Governor of California, and recognition of my professional expertise in the New York Times and Forbes.  I hold a B.A. from Brown University, an M.Ed. from Stanford University, and an International Business Certificate from New York University. I've also completed extensive post-graduate training from UC Berkeley and the ADD Coach Academy.
