WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
This 3-hour workshop will give you the time to step back from the day-to-day to reflect on what matters most to you in the coming months. The group will be small, the environment is supportive and judgment-free. Choose your scope — your life overall, business, or another specific area in which you want to move forward.
I’ll lead the group through reflection exercises to help you to evaluate where you are at now, intentionally decide what you’ll do less of to create space for growth, choose your three biggest priorities and clarify why these priorities matter to you.
I offer this workshop because, as a coach, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to pause to ask
What is it that I really want from my life?
What am I willing to do to make that a reality?
