 I guide clients in understanding their unique brain wiring and empower them to leverage their strengths for personal and professional success

1:1 Coaching

My coaching services include:

  • Initial assessments and extended goal-setting meetings for new clients; 

  • 1:1 coaching sessions designed around the goals we establish together;

  • spot-coaching as needed between sessions; 

  • • individually recommended tools and access to my resource library, and

  • no-cost enrollment in Focus & Action weekly productivity group, described below (currently Tuesdays 9:30-11:00 am) 

I customize my coaching to address each client’s individual needs.  We start by choosing a few areas of focus that are most important to you.  

Here are some examples of topics we might address: 

  • Time management, planning & organizing;

  • Life hacks for managing distractions, impulsivity, and procrastination;

  • Staying healthy - sleep, exercise, stress management, eating well; 

  • Adding structure and routines to make life easier; 

  • Life/work balance; 

 •  • Embracing your strengths/managing your inner critic.

Focus & Action Group

Are you struggling to stay productive and focused on your goals? Do you struggle with procrastination and time management? Do you have ADHD (or ADHD-type traits)?

If so, the Focus and Action Group can can provide the support and structure you need to thrive.

Your investment is $90 per month for weekly sessions.

  • Structured Productivity Sessions:

    Join us every Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM (Pacific Time) for focused, uninterrupted work sessions.

  • Expert Tips and Tools:

    Erica will start each session with a 10-minute introduction, sharing valuable tips and tools to enhance your productivity.

  • Focused Work Sessions:

    At the start of each session, everyone shares their work goals, and then we dive into two 25 minutes of dedicated, distraction-free work.

  • Accountability and Support:

    Benefit from the motivation of working alongside peers who share similar challenges.

  • Zero Judgement Report Out:

    After each work session, we come together for a "zero judgment" report out, reflecting on our progress and discussing any challenges we faced.

  • Refresh and Recharge:

    Take a short break, regroup, and get ready for another round of productive work.
