Coaching

My coaching approach is rooted in neuroscience and positive psychology research.

I guide clients in understanding their unique brain wiring and empower them to leverage their strengths for personal and professional success.

I am an International Coaching Federation-certified coach.  I hold a B.A. from Brown University, an M.Ed from Stanford, and extensive postgraduate training from coaching and counseling certification programs at UC Berkeley and the ADD Coach Academy. 

Consulting

I partner with some of the most pioneering and imaginative organizations worldwide, spanning diverse industry sectors. While my consulting programs are tailored to each unique situation, my overarching aim is to empower innovative thinkers to accomplish great things. 

  • I coach high-achieving professionals within environments where performance standards are exceptionally high. I specialize in helping creative thinkers enhance executive functioning skills such as organizing, prioritizing, time management, and effectively collaborating with individuals who bring diverse thinking styles to the table.
